Small VIctorian garden project - Surbiton

Scope

  • Scope – Re-design small London Victorian front garden.  The brief was to design the garden so that it was interesting and colourful rather than a formal Victorian structure.

Description of work

  • Front Garden makeover

    • Wall – we built a double brick thick wall using London stocks and tiles

    • We changed the entrance point to allow a curving path for additional seasonal planting areas.

    • Installing path
We installed Marshalls Farnley Sett buff sandstone paviors, within metal edging.  We also installed a new 35 mm water supply to the house as we did this and added irrigation and electric feeds to the front of the garden for car washing/Christmas and Halloween

    • Jacskons garden fencing
Premium Jacksons garden fencing was installed along both boundaries

    • Design garden planting
Finally we planted several hundred spring bulbs and some herbaceous with evergreen structured planting of olives and lavenders.
