back Garden redesign- Surbiton

Scope

  • Design and build a new porcelain patio area

  • Build bespoke screening area to accommodate the family and a pool

Description of work

  • Rear Garden
     

    • Once we had removed old patio we installed a small retaining wall to raise the height of the new extended patio

    • We then laid 40 sqm of 1 metre square porcelain slabs.  Each one weighing well over 35 kgs  

    • The area was pointed with our favourite exterior grout, Fugabella, that comes in lots of different shades and colours

    • Finally we rendered a new raised planter and installed a bespoke screening trellis to conceal the fencing and allow greater privacy from neighbours around pool
